A Step by Step Process

Upon arrival a detailed walk around and visual inspection will be done to look for a few things which follow 

Old Damage- Damages to the vehicles body panels pre existing before our arrival. (Paint chips, Rust Ect.)

Door Dings & Dents - This is so both parties are aware of any minor defects prior to us touching the vehicle (This ensures liability and safety of both parties without accusations)

Glass Chips & Cracks

This prevents fault to our Detailers once again by marking down on our inspection sheets to avoid any accusations about the current state of the vehicle being detailed.
